ACCOMMODATIONS
There will be a one-night charge per room for cancellations that do not comply with the following schedule:
- Weekend – 7 days prior to arrival date
- Holiday and Peak Periods – 10 days prior to arrival date
- Midweek – 3 days prior to arrival date
CONFIRMATION OF FUNCTION SPACE
The individual/company holding the event must sign and date to confirm your acceptance of the proposal and return by fax. The first deposit should follow.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
DEPOSIT:
A 50% deposit of the total charges quoted must be received immediately with the balance payable at least one month prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the deposit paid will be refunded if cancelled up to 60 days prior to the event.
The deposit paid is non-refundable if canceled 30 days prior to the event.
